 The LORD’s Academy is a learning experience which is designed to expose young people to the various facets and operations of a non-profit organization. The INTERN will be involved with child sponsorship programs, national and international missions work, food pantries, community outreaches and other humanitarian efforts. Using a practical, enjoyable, hands-on teaching approach, the setting allows ample one-on-one attention to each student. The internship program is primarily conducted at The LORD’s Child administrative offices, situated on fifty rolling acres of beautiful East Tennessee hill country in the Great Smoky Mountains.  The first step to opening the door to your INTERNSHIP is to submit a preliminary application for enrollment in The LORD’s Academy. Do you have a heart to HELP CHILDREN around the world? Are you a RESULTS-ORIENTED YOUNG PERSON who could get excited at the prospect of offering genuine HOPE to children in need? Are you open to INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL? If so, then it is time to consider the very real possibility of applying for an INTERNSHIP and expanding your resume.
